 Jesse attended Franklin High School, where he excelled in sports and made lifelong friends. After high school, he pursued a career in construction, where his work ethic and skill were widely respected.

Jesse's love for the outdoors was well-known among his family and friends. He enjoyed activities such as fishing, hiking, and riding UTVs, which he often did with his close-knit group of friends. 

It was during one of these outings in Reynolds Station, Ohio County, that the tragic accident occurred. Despite immediate medical attention, Jesse succumbed to his injuries, leaving his loved ones in profound grief.

Jesse is survived by his parents, Mark and Linda Bell, his sister, Emily, and his fiancée, Sarah Thompson. His family remembers him as a loving son, a devoted brother, and a partner who was full of life and promise. Friends recall his adventurous spirit and his unwavering loyalty, traits that endeared him to many.

A memorial service to celebrate Jesse's life will be held on July 27, 2024, at the First Baptist Church in Franklin. The service will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to come together, share their memories, and support one another during this difficult time.

 In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to a local charity supporting outdoor activities and safety education, reflecting Jesse's passion for the outdoors and ensuring that others can safely enjoy the activities he loved.
