A recent high school graduate, Cutter had plans to attend college and pursue a career in environmental science, driven by his love for nature and his desire to make the world a better place. 

He was passionate about hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors, often organizing group trips with his friends and family to explore Georgia's beautiful landscapes.

Cutter’s compassionate spirit extended beyond his love for the environment. He was an active volunteer at local animal shelters and was known to take in stray animals until they found permanent homes. 

His friends describe him as selfless, always putting the needs of others before his own, and going out of his way to help anyone in need.

The circumstances surrounding Cutter’s passing have left the community in shock. What began as a fun outing with friends on Labor Day ended in tragedy when a jump
