Thongkhan Phanthavong, 45, from Fresno, dies in fatal Fresno County car crash FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. — Authorities have confirmed the tragic death of 45-year-old Thongkhan Phanthavong of Fresno, who lost his life in a devastating car crash in Fresno County.The incident occurred over the weekend, when emergency responders were called to the scene of a collision in a rural area of the county.
