Savannah Mason Obituary – In Loving Memory Lafayette, Indiana – 300 words With deepest sorrow, we announce the tragic passing of Savannah Mason, age 23, of Lafayette, Indiana, who lost her life in a devastating car crash on U.S. Highway 52 in Tippecanoe County. Savannah was pronounced dead at the scene on the evening of April 27, 2025, following a multi-vehicle collision that remains under investigation by local authorities.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Savannah was known for her kind spirit, radiant smile, and the deep compassion she extended to everyone she met. A proud graduate of McCutcheon High School, she had recently begun building a career in health services, driven by her lifelong desire to care for others and make a meaningful difference in her community.

Those who knew Savannah will remember her as a light in every room—joyful, supportive, and endlessly thoughtful. She loved spending time with her family, exploring nature trails, and doting on her two beloved rescue dogs. Her free-spirited personality and infectious laughter made her a beloved friend, daughter, and sister.

Savannah is survived by her parents, James and Erica Mason; her younger brother, Caleb Mason; her grandparents, Thomas and Linda Reynolds; and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends whose lives she touched in immeasurable ways.

A celebration of Savannah’s life will be held on Saturday, May 3, at Faith Church in Lafayette, with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. and a memorial service to follow at noon. The family invites those attending to wear something purple—Savannah’s favorite color—in her honor.
