Donald Butler, a proud alumnus of Virginia State University and a native of New York, tragically lost his life in a fatal accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. At 28, Donald had already made a lasting impact on those who knew him, known for his determination, kindness, and unwavering commitment to both his personal and professional endeavors.

Born and raised in New York, Donald pursued his higher education at Virginia State University, where he earned his degree in Business Administration. His time at VSU was marked by academic success, as well as his involvement in numerous student organizations. 

He was admired by his peers for his leadership skills and ability to connect with others. After graduating, Donald returned to New York, where he embarked on a promising career in finance, eager to build a future for himself and his family.

Friends and family describe Donald as a man with a bright future ahead of him, whose sudden passing has left an immeasurable void. His love for life, strong work ethic, and deep sense of loyalty made 

him a cherished son, brother, and friend. Donald had a passion for sports, particularly basketball, and was a fixture in local pick-up games, always encouraging others with his competitive spirit and camaraderie.

The tragic accident on the New Jersey Turnpike has left his loved ones in shock, as they come to terms with the heartbreaking loss of someone who was full of life.
