William Perry, a 39-year-old resident of Danielson, tragically lost his life in a heartbreaking incident on Route 6. On the night of August 20, 2024, William was struck and killed by a Subaru Impreza driven by a 20-year-old resident of Brooklyn, Connecticut. 

The tragic accident occurred when William, who was a pedestrian at the time, was attempting to cross the roadway. The suddenness of the incident has left the community in shock and mourning.
