Kelly Vitale, aged 44, of Bethlehem, peacefully departed on Friday, April 19, 2024, surrounded by her loving husband, parents, siblings, cousins, aunt, uncle, and friends, after her courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer. Born on May 20, 1979, she was the daughter of Marie (Cavote) Silfies and William Steirer. On May 14, 2022, she married her sweetheart, Michael Vitale, a day they both cherished as the best of their lives.

Kelly's radiance was incomparable, and her bright smile and infectious laughter illuminated every room she entered. Her strength and resilience saw her through the most challenging days. Driven by her fierce determination to live and her deep love for her husband and family, she fought through more than five years of treatments. Though she has passed, her light will continue to shine through the lives she touched so profoundly over the years.

Kelly’s journey embodied courage, grace, and love. Throughout her battle, she remained a source of inspiration to all who knew her. Her unwavering positivity and unwavering spirit uplifted those around her, offering hope and comfort even in the darkest of times. In addition to her husband, Michael, Kelly is survived by her devoted parents, Marie and William; her loving siblings; caring cousins; and supportive extended family. Her absence will be deeply felt, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

A Memorial Mass celebrating Kelly's life will be held on Monday, May 20, 2024, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3219 Santee Road, Bethlehem, PA 18020 at 11:00 am. Calling hours will be held in the church beginning at 9:30 am. Details on a Celebration of Life will be finalized at a later date.
