Jessica Frank Monticello MN Obituary : Death : 4-Year-Old, 9-Year-Old Among 3 Dead in Minnesota Park Incident

The tragic incident that occurred in a Minnesota park earlier this week has left a community in shock and mourning as authorities work to piece together the events surrounding the devastating loss of three lives.

According to reports, deputies were prompted to conduct a welfare check at Rum River Central Park in Ramsey, located approximately 30 miles northwest of Minneapolis, after receiving a distressing call around 10:30 on Monday morning.

Upon arrival, responders were met with a scene of profound sorrow. A woman and a young girl were discovered lifeless inside a parked vehicle, their lives tragically cut short in circumstances yet to be fully understood. 

Amidst the devastation, responders also encountered a young boy who had sustained injuries. Despite the valiant efforts of medical personnel, the boy was unable to overcome his injuries and was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

In a solemn update provided by the Anoka County Sheriff's Office on Thursday morning, the victims were identified as 33-year-old Jessica Linette Frank, along with her two children, 9-year-old Solara Rea Frank and 4-year-old Laiken Lea Frank. 

All three individuals hailed from Monticello, adding another layer of sorrow to the close-knit community grappling with their loss.
