The University of South Florida community is mourning the loss of one of its 2022 graduates, Erica Diedrichsen, who tragically passed away at the young age of 22. Erica, a bright and promising individual, left a lasting impact on those who knew her during her time at USF.
Erica, the daughter of William and Donna Diedrichsen, is survived by her loving parents, as well as her siblings Will and Ava Diedrichsen. She was known for her kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering dedication to her studies and her loved ones.
Having graduated from the University of South Florida in 2022 with a degree in Business Administration, Erica was on the path to a successful career. Her passion for learning and her drive to excel set her apart, earning her the admiration and respect of her peers and professors alike.
Visitation for Erica will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024, from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at the Bongarzone Funeral Home located at 2400 Shafto Road, Tinton Falls. Friends, family, and members of the community are invited to pay their respects and support the Diedrichsen family during this difficult time.
A funeral mass to honor Erica's life will take place on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 10:30am at St. Dorothea’s RC Church in Eatontown. There will be no visitation on Tuesday at the funeral home; instead, attendees are asked to proceed directly to the church.
