Cristina Del Rio Torres, aged 41, passed away unexpectedly in Fort Worth, TX. Her departure leaves a void in the hearts of her loved ones and the community she served.
Visitation:
Friends and acquaintances are invited to pay their respects and support Cristina's family at the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie on Sunday, April 7th, from 6 to 8 pm.
Funeral Service:
A solemn ceremony to honor Cristina's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 8th, at St. William Catholic Church in Montague, TX. Father Albert Kanjirathumkal will preside over the service.
Interment:
Following the funeral service, Cristina will be laid to rest at the Montague Catholic Cemetery.

Cristina was born on February 28, 1983, in Bowie, TX, to Maria Herlinda Del Rio and Juan Montoya Del Rio. She was a proud graduate of Bowie High School's Class of 2001 and pursued higher education at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Career and Passions:
Cristina dedicated herself to educating young minds and served as a beloved teacher at Bowie Elementary School for many years. Her affinity for children and passion for teaching enriched the lives of countless students. Outside of work, Cristina found joy in music and cherished spending quality time with her family and friends.
Cherished Memories:
Cristina is survived by her loving husband, Antonio Torres; her children, Javier and Sofia Torres; her devoted parents, Juan Montoya Del Rio and Maria Herlinda Del Rio; her sister, Marisela Del Rio, and brother-in-law Juan Camarillo; her brother Juan Del Rio, sister-in-law Carmen Morales; and her nieces and nephews, Gerardo Gomez Jr., Gabriel Gomez, Jordan Camarillo, Isaac Camarillo, Giahna Cantù, Dax Del Rio, and Alayna Del Rio.
Final Arrangements:
The arrangements for Cristina's farewell have been entrusted to the caring hands of the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie, Texas. Cristina's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
