As he grew older, Andrew's talent and determination propelled him to the upper echelons of the sport, earning him recognition both locally and internationally.

Andrew was also an amazing educator who worked with students with special needs in the North Vancouver School District. He did so daily with a smile on his face. He will be greatly missed by the students, their families, and the staff at NVSD.
