A tragic accident on Saturday morning, April 20, resulted in the death Amy O and left a man injured after their motorcycle was hit by another vehicle, according to the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD). The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on the westbound lanes of Highway 90 near General McMullen.
