AirBaltic, the national airline of Latvia, is arranging an exclusive event titled the "airBaltic Backstage Experience" for holders of their NFT collection, Planies NFTs, as part of airBaltic’s Club loyalty program.
Scheduled to take place at airBaltic’s headquarters in Riga, Latvia on May 17, from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, the event aims to offer unique insights into the airline’s operations.
A limited group of 25 Planies holders will receive exclusive access to areas of the airline’s headquarters typically off-limits to the public.
What is Planies?
Planies marks the first NFT-based airline loyalty program powered by airBaltic, featuring digital collectibles showcasing distinctive cartoon artwork of the airline's aircraft.
Each NFT grants holders various travel benefits, including complimentary business class travel, exclusive entry to special events, travel rewards, and more.
With nearly 2,000 users, the program has already distributed millions of air miles, providing tangible benefits to airBaltic Club members.
What's in Store for Planies NFT Holders?
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to meet Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic, and explore the airline’s technical maintenance hangar, witnessing maintenance operations firsthand.
Furthermore, the event will include a tour of the airBaltic Training Centre, providing insights into pilot and crew training programs, along with opportunities to experience their flight simulators.
Interested participants must complete an online registration form by March 28. Selected participants will receive email notifications with further details.
