transporting them to Licking Memorial Hospital. Despite their efforts, Minosky succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. Frederick, meanwhile, sustained only minor injuries and is expected to recover. Officials emphasized that road and weather conditions were clear at the time of the accident, ruling out immediate concerns such as rain or visibility issues.

Investigators also reported that there were no initial indications of impairment by either driver, though standard toxicology tests are still pending as part of the ongoing investigation.
