A tragic incident unfolded in Chanhassen on Friday afternoon when a 33-year-old man Erik Berger from St. Paul was discovered dead in a garage, prompting a police investigation into what authorities have described as a "violent assault."


According to the Carver County Sheriff's Office, the man was found on the ground of a residence located on the 8100 block of Audubon Road by his parents around 4 p.m. Despite their efforts to revive him with CPR, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

In a perplexing turn of events, a person of interest linked to the man's killing identified as Daniel Balto was later found deceased at a residence in Minneapolis. The circumstances surrounding this individual's death remain undisclosed.

Authorities have refrained from disclosing further details regarding the nature of either man's demise, pending the results of autopsies. Their identities are expected to be revealed at a later stage.

What do you get when a guy [Erik Berger] decides to cross a friend [Dan] who had stated openly in the last 7-months that his stress level due to his business was high and his "relationships suffered, some friendships suffered, trust in others suffered, his mental health had suffered, and he felt alone..." with a piece of shit 'friend' that used him, abandoned him, fucked around with his girlfriend behind his back, and treated him like insignificant trash? I'll tell you what you get. You get what you fucking deserve. I don't feel bad for Erik at all. If he were a more upstanding person and friend, he'd be alive today. The lesson in this saga is to not betray your friends or fuck around with their lives, or you'll find out.
